For one of our clients, we are looking for a Crew administrator fluent in Dutch and English

Status: Temporary contract - 6 months max.

Your tasks:

Through the Human Resources Department, you will be the first point of contact of the crew with the various sites abroad
Responsible of the organization and the planning of the crew
Manage the skills of the crew and their needs in Training
Participate in the recruitment of new sailors
Manage all the questions of the crew

Your profile:

Holding a Degree in Human or Commercial Sciences or Logistic
Be Fluent in Dutch and English is mandatory, other languages are assets
A first experience in the area would be appreciate
Be flexible, sociable, organized and have good communications skills
Have a high level of integrity, be flexible and service oriented
Be committed with a motivation to integrate the company
