HR Administrative Assistant

For one of our clients, a real estate company, we are seeking an HR Administrative Assistant
Status: temporary contract of 6 months to start
Your tasks:

  • Organize candidate/business interviews
  • Prepare contracts according to existing templates
  • Any other administrative tasks related to recruitment such as onboarding.

Your profile:

  • Be fluent in English and French are mandatory and other european languages are an asset
  • You have an administrative background and have ideally a first experience in a HR department
  • Have excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Strong organization skills
  • Be flexible, cooperative, stress-resistant, multi -tasks and dedicated to work
