Investor Services Agent - Interim - M/W

Tasks :

  • Process client (Management Companies and parties involved in the Funds' activity) and investor queries received by e-mail, post, fax and phone ;
  • Ensure that queries are answered timely, accurately, professionally and in line with service level agreements;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with operational experts for the completion of complex queries ;
  • Support good communication within the team and within the organization ;
  • Seek to continually optimize processes and improve quality ;
  • Show flexibility and go the extra step to provide excellent service ;
  • Strive to ensure a positive service experience for our clients' investors and distributor ;
  • Propose innovative ideas for process optimization and enhanced service delivery ;
  • Support the team in the day-to-day activities ;
  • Participate to the Quality Check ;
  • Dividend distribution process, maintenance of the trailer fees and commission process ;
  • Handle related queries in a professional and timely manner ;
  • Ensure effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures to deliver project ;
  • Ensure effective compliance and controls in own area ;
  • Promote a positive attitude towards internal policies and Risk sample checks ;
  • Team tasks include Dividend distribution process, maintenance of the trailer fees and commission process ;
  • Ensure daily deadlines are met in a multi-batch environment ;
  • Oversee and control and the Events like Dividends, Trailer Fee calculations and payment, Commissions ;
  • Pro actively sharing knowledge ;
  • Sign off relevant daily verification and process validations ;
  • Handle related queries in a professional and timely manner ;
  • Ensure effective understanding of specific process and strict adherence to relevant procedures ;
  • Ensure effective compliance and controls in own area ;
  • Promote a positive attitude towards internal policies, procedures and controls ;
  • Participate in periodical audits, Compliance and Risk sample checks ;
  • Strictly respect the Groups Code of Conduct, the local regulations and the Leadership Model ;
  • Prepare BAU reporting for our clients ;
  • Prepare Ad hoc reporting for our clients.



Profile :

  • Experience in shareholder service and/or good knowledge of Transfer Agency and securities services industry;
  • Excellent English knowledge, additional language skills, especially German or French, would be an advantage ;
  • Strong client focus ;
  • Strong communication and service skills.
