Job description

For one of our client, a provider of transportation services, we are looking for :

Billing employee

4 month interim assignment (with possibility of permanent contract afterwards)

  • Main tasks :
  • Sort, scan and archive the transport documents;
  • Fill in the transport files;
  • Control the rates;
  • Issue the invoices of the transport files;
  • Control the accuracy of the invoices before sending;
  • Send the invoices;
  • Manage all claims related to invoices;

  • Profile:
  • Degree in secretary/administration or finance;
  • You have good organization skills and team spirit;
  • Fluent in French and English and /or German;
  • Good command of MS office tools;
